Joy Maina

Director & Co-Founder

Joyce Maina is the visionary Director and co- founder of Loving Kindness Home and Community Services, a growing care initiative dedicated to redefining home and community support through compassion, dignity, and excellence.

With a strong foundation in caregiving, Joyce is committed to building a trusted network of skilled Personal Support Workers who provide high-quality, client-centered care to seniors, individuals with disabilities, and families across Ontario. Her leadership focuses on developing a care model that is not only reliable and professional but also deeply rooted in empathy, cultural awareness, and respect for each individual’s unique journey.

Currently pursuing graduate studies in counselling psychology, Joyce integrates a biopsychosocial and holistic approach into her vision addressing the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of those she serves. Her faith and values are at the heart of her work, inspiring a standard of care that goes beyond service to truly meaningful support.

Through Loving Kindness Home and Community Services, Joyce is actively shaping the future of home care by combining innovation, ethical practice, and community connection. She remains dedicated to empowering caregivers, supporting families, and ensuring every client experiences compassionate, personalized care in the comfort of their home. 

Andrew

Co-Founder & Director

Andrew is a devoted husband and father of three based in Ontario, Canada, and the Co-Founder of Loving Kindness Home and Community Services. He is driven by a strong sense of purpose, integrity, and a commitment to building a life and business grounded in meaningful values.

Guided by his faith and dedication to personal growth, Andrew brings honesty, discipline, and a service-oriented mindset into every aspect of his work. He is focused on helping shape a care model that reflects trust, consistency, and long-term impact—both for the families served and the caregivers involved.

As a co-founder & director, Andrew is passionate about building a solid foundation for sustainable growth, supporting the vision of compassionate, high-quality care, and creating opportunities that positively impact the community. His leadership is rooted in responsibility, reliability, and a genuine desire to serve others with excellence.
